Derek Chauvin was convicted by Cell Phone Justice!....,and Mob Rule!....this is what America has come to!....was George Floyds life worth a 20 dollar bill?....well it was lost over it, and the news media took off and killed any justice that could be found...I believe the "Mob" has completely taken over, as it did in Rome! 20 AD...
So remove all descriptors of race from your jury presentation ... Jurors, what we have here is a case where a man is arrested under suspicion of trying to pass a counterfeit $20. The man resisted arrest and was handcuffed and put on his belly on the ground. A police office then knelt on his neck for 9 minutes while the officers present discussed what would happen next. The arrested suspect complained multiple times he could not breathe. The arrested person died at the scene. The Chief of police stated that this is not normal arresting procedure. Are you saying there is no chance the jury could rule that the policeman was at fault given these circumstances?
While you're Monday Morning Quarterbacking, I note you left out the fact that Floyd overdosed. How convenient for you. I might even say dishonest, but I'm not sure liberals know what that means anymore.
Sure, it's public for all to see. He had, according to the report, 3 times the amount of drugs in his system that caused overdoses in other perps.
There is in fact no coroner's report that states he died of an overdose. How dishonest of you to suggest there is.
That you are unable to provide this coroner's report you claim exists exposes you as a fraud. Good job
Doesn't claim anything is the cause of death. Again, reasonable doubt, not skin color, is the standard. I know that confuses most liberals.
But wait...earlier you tried to claim the coroner's report did say Floyd died of an overdose. Are you now admitting you lied?
No, no lie. The initial coroner report admitted that he had a fatal amount of drugs in his system. Thanks for playing.
The coroner stated clearly that Floyd had an amount of drugs in his system beyond the amount required to cause an overdose. Of course, you claim he died solely because he was black. Which is racist on your part.
So you admit no coroner's report stated cause of death was an overdose. Where did I claim he died solely because he was black? Is there a particular reason you are being dishonest?
The findings find no cause of asphyxiation. Dr. Andrew Baker, who listed Floyd’s death as a homicide, thought the amount of fentanyl in Floyd’s blood was “pretty high” and could be “a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances.”
That is not what he said. He said "The coroner stated clearly that Floyd had an amount of drugs in his system beyond the amount required to cause an overdose." An overdose does not always cause death. It only puts a question of doubt in the cause of death.
Because the video gave an in-depth view into the levels of illegal drugs in Floyd's system. But hey, all you liberals say that's okay, because he's black. Because blacks are too stupid to make their own decisions, according to this logic.
