Roman Polanski is a foreigner who holds both Polish and French citizenship.

In California all non citizens especially illegal aliens get one of these.

I don't know if the jewish film director Roman Polanski has ever raped a chicken, but I do know that he has drugged, raped and sodomized a 13-year-old girl, and I think that that's wrong, although sadly there are many Hollywood bigwigs (like Harvey Weinstein) who disagree and publicly defend Polanski.
