Kadyrov looks like he's got one foot in the grave ,the other waiting to fall in....Lukashenko looks terrified ever since one of his bodyguards was poisoned in St Pete back in February.... And after more than 2 yrs of warfare....Mafiosi hasn't fully captured and controlled even 50% control of occupied territory and illegally annexed Crimea...where their is an active partisan movement and almost daily drone and missile strikes.
