    What's on your Christmas menu?

Christmas eve - Ham, Mash Potatoes, green bean casserole, bread, etc..

Christmas Day - Crab, New york steak, baked potato, sides.

It's my wife's turn to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year. She's an RN in the ICU at our local hospital and they rotate holidays.

We're still going to have the same stuff we normally do on Christmas, which is ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and various other things, we're just going to have to wait until Monday when she's off.

Which is good because I forgot to pull the ham out of the freezer.

I had duck breast and the Mrs. had a steak. Then the usual pigs in blankets, stuffing, sprouts, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, Yorkshire puds. The two little dogs had the same, minus the stuffing.

    Pudding was sherry trifle.
