Irrelevant. Calling someone an illegal alien can not be punished via the law. The constitution precludes it.

You're the one arguing that it is a racial slur. It's up to you to prove your statement of "fact". If all you have is "don't play dumb" then you have no argument and other than your feelings. And quite frankly, facts don't care about your feelings, and neither do I. It is a FACT that the term describes anyone, regardless of skin color or racial makeup that is in a country illegally.

Strange as there are farmer fields full of illegals during harvest time within less then a mile of my home in south florida.

To say nothing of the workers that people such as Trump had been employing at their golf courses and hotels.
