We the People are in UNCHARTED legal waters because what we believed to be sound constructs are being challenged. Does Freedom of Expression allow the NORMALIZATION of Fascism? Can a candidate use fascist lies about American citizens and residents in order to be elected to Federal office? Can the Xtofascist controlled GOP pass legislation that DENIES We the People voting, reproductive and health care rights with IMPUNITY? Then there is Amendment 14, Section 3 that clearly denies former insurrectionists the right to hold federal office unless Congress allows them to do so by a 2/3rds vote. And while we are pushing the Constitutional limits the Xtofascist controlled GOP has arbitrarily and capriciously chosen to IMPEACH President Biden for the "High Crime" of being a good father who cared about his surviving son. There are so many legal cases currently in progress each challenging one of more aspects of our Law of the Land to the point where each and every ruling by each justice is scrutinized and analyzed as to how it will impact other cases also in progress. While it might seem to be chaotic there is a purpose to this process and it will take time for the dust to settle before we can assess the damage to our Constitution and the Law of the Land. This is a STRESS TEST of the Great American Experiment, possibly the most SIGNIFICANT since the Civil War. What will break and what will hold firm? What NEEDS to be changed in the Constitution as far as deletions and additions in your opinion? Should the Executive Branch be curtailed or ethics limits placed upon SCrOTUS justices? Should Congress enable the Khaos Kaw-Kuss to bring the nation to it's knees and JEOPARDIZE the full faith and credit of the nation? Or should there be rules that some bills are NON-PARTISAN and CANNOT be held HOSTAGE for the good of We the People? I don't know the answers but I am reasonably certain that the OUTCOME of our current turmoil will be DIFFERENT to what it was when this started. The Ship of State needs a dry dock refit because we have allowed too many issues to continue UNRESOLVED. The border and immigration, corporate greed, environmental stability, infrastructure, etc, etc. So what would YOU like to see AFTER this is all resolved? What outcome would you prefer?
