I don't think he is racist and if you refer to his post #1947 as proof of racism I don't take his comment as being made in a racial context, though race is the basic subtext running through this thread.

Yes, we treat people equally in theory and in principal. But in reality and in practice people run the gamut from pathetic just don't give a crap nuisances to honest hard working societal pluses. If I have it wrong I trust the poster will correct me.

What TANGIBLE EVIDENCE has been provided that the manager of the Philadelphia Starbucks in question treated the black men differently than any other person under the same circumstances?

Not once did I advocate segregation. What I said was that perhaps if black people built their own, there'd be less complaints of mistreatment.

Turns out, his jaywalking was cutting across a parking lot to get home from work a bit faster.

I don't, but I DO recall hearing cries from BLACK people to boycott Starbucks. So apparently, disgruntled black people are saying not to go to Starbucks, even for free wifi or coffee.
