    Where did I sat that. They report to him. In most of the United States when you are in charge you also are responsible.

    Mexico has plenty of practice hiding disasters. They have been hiding the death and destruction caused by the drug cartels for a while now. There has been horrific violence there for several years and it goes unreported.

    For years people would say if you visit Mexico do not drink the water. Now you cannot breathe the air as well.

    You mean like how he instituted travel bans that were ruled Constitutional by the SCOTUS?

    How many times has a federal judge ruled against Trump only to have it overturned by SCOTUS?
