    Covid-19 delirious retired NYPD police officer dropped dead on the street after entering and then leaving the hospital in a fever. The ex-cop was stricken with COVID-19 and hallucinating when his friend found him collapsed on the sidewalk outside Lenox Hill Hospital with a 105-degree fever and rambling that Nazis were in the emergency room.

    THE FOR-PROFIT HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY WILL NOT TOLERATE FEVER DELIRIOUS ICKY SICK PEOPLE!

    YUCK!

    Chang had signed himself out of the hospital hours earlier against the advice of physicians, according to Moy and texts between the two friends seen by the Daily News.

    You don't let a seriously sick or injured person walk out of the hospital! Such a person cannot make rational judgments. I once took a young person to the hospital after he had an auto accident and took out the dashboard glove box with his teeth. He wanted to leave the hospital after we got there, but I wouldn't let him. After passing a mirror and seeing his shredded lips looking like bloody spaghetti hanging down his chin, he stayed. A business doesn't care.
