    Meh you're right. We can let a jury decide. Ideally an innominate one in a deep red district. You know, just for their protection. Not because we just wanna load the jury pool with hyper partisans that don't have to tell you who they are. Just for their protection in such an important matter. :)

    Lawyers should not have personal relationships with people in the trial(to say the very least) And when said relationship impacts prosecutorial decisions, even moreso. Basically, it's cronyism.

    And it's not that this behavior is rare, it's that it's rarely prosecuted because as has been pointed out in a different matter: It is the bar association(former lawyers) judging other lawyers. Though the word 'judge' is too harsh, excusing said misconduct is what they tend to do.

    You REALLY have to ask? She hires lawyer who has NEVER tried a felony case paying him and his firm almost $700,000 so she and he can fly around taking exitic vacations while having an affair and you have to ask?

    who says that is happening? I do not support nepotism, but the right obviously does

    like Trump, looks like she hired people close to her that did not have enough experience, do you support that?

    Hiring an inexperienced lawyer could help defendants like Trump get off on a technicality as they could make legal mistakes
