    Definitely fine related, but the real question is why they felt it made more sense to end the company rather than turn over the materials. It's hard to interpret this move as anything other than protecting their own asses from even worse consequences they might face when the contents of the requested material were investigated.

    Dude, the fine is BECAUSE of their refusal to comply with legally required transparency, just like back when they tried to hide their "methodology." If they had been willing to comply with the law, there would be no fine to begin with.

    I'm not changing any subject I'm pointing out the fact that when you pretty much control the system you're above the law and you can use the law to your advantage to step on others.

    Go ahead I could use a really good laugh.

    Of course his administration had zero indictments but he had a ton of scandals of course he was never held to account because they control the system and they have usurped the law to their advantage.

    Have you ever seen an administration use the IRS to persecute political enemies?

    Probably not before the mocha monarch but you have now.
