I think they are changing their minds. RFK Jr. will never be controlled by the DNC and the Ruling Class which is why they did everything to assassinate his character. Big mistake on their part. Polls are showing RFK is pulling votes from Biden. It remains to be seen how Phillips is treated.
I disagree, that the entering of the race, of this Minnesota House member who most have never even heard of, "changes the dynamic." In Phillips' announcement, he says he thinks that Biden has done a "spectacular job for our country." The only reason he gives for his candidacy-- for a position that I would suspect he is very light in his qualifications, and his thinking here, only adds to making suspect, his judgement-- is that "the numbers," meaning poll results, more than a year out from the election, paint a poor picture. Just what we need: a leader who makes decisions, based on near meaningless polls. We will have to see if Phillips can meet the requirements, in polling results and voter contributions, to qualify for the debate stage. If not, this announcement changes nothing.

I'm not so sure Phillips can win so this most likely will battle harden Conpetent Dark Brandon who may have slowed down a bit but still governs with experience and to the center.
