Democrat protesters welcomed, Republican protesters shot

When a mob of armed Democratic protesters wanted to take over the Capital of Wisconsin to block action by the Wisconsin legislature and Republican governor Walker, they were openly allowed to entirely take over the capital building - and were openly cheered by the MSM.



When a mob of unarmed Republican protesters wanted to take over the federal Capital to try to also block a vote, live lethal ammo was used to stop them.

There should be signage notice at capitals in this country:

Welcome all Democratic protesters.
Republican protesters are shot.

 

The MSM and Democratic Party become hysterical if police harm a resisting felon under arrest and lethally under the influence of a mind altering drug. They cheer Democratic protesters storming and completely taking over a state capital. They congratulate shooting to death an unarmed 14 year veteran female veteran.

Many Republicans join in cheering shooting a Republican protester too.

The Democrats truly have won. They cheer attacking and killing Republicans. So do many Republicans. Many Democrats are stronger, more committed and more determined. Many Republicans are chumps and willingly subdued by comparison.

 

Do you really think if a mob of Middle Eastern looking men, some of them in riot gear, had stormed the capitol that there would be only one person dead? Those protesters were given a pass, because some of them were displaying the flag -- until they went too far.

 

Being a conservative that sits just to the right of Attila the Hun, I do not support the actions of anybody breaking into the Capitol building of any district or state in this country. Their actions were out of order and disgusting. Acting like democrats is no way to go through life.
The few thousand Trrump supporting protestors marching through the streets was fine and I appreciate their efforts. Once they start smashing things (hear that alt-lefties?), they are entering with the expectation of meeting armed resistance and I support its use.
That said, they can expect the same from me if they break down my front door.

We all should have learned that from the limp-dicked governor of MN Timmy Walz who waited three days before he was forced by the public to call out the national guard who ended the rioting in a matter of minutes.
His inaction was the ignition that started the summer of love.

 

I watched the video. Whoever pulled that trigger has some explaining to do, starting with, why all the other armed people with him didn't.

The top photo shows a person despicably using a child as a human shield while a non lethal weapon is pointed at him. The bottom photo shows a group of hillbillies illegally entering the Capitol, one of whom was eventually killed with a live round. What's your point?

The OP offered up the comparison between protests from the right versus the left. My first picture showed a contrast. And as it appears you didn't support the BLM protests at all, I thought you might appreciate the second picture.

You seem to think that the first picture was a man using a child as a shield. I saw a man who wanted to share the historic event with his daughter. To each his/her own.

 

That's extremely short sighted and doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The reason there were so few police and military officials (in part) was because of the response to BLM protests in Washington DC earlier this summer. Trump used the military for a photo OP, clearing away peaceful protestors. That enrages people and encourages them to be violent. So they wanted to avoid that happening here. To say otherwise is incredibly disingenious.

 

The contrast... you mean how DC was looted and burned yesterday by the right wing mob? Pity all those statues they toppled in Statuary Hall, all the graffiti spray painted on the hallowed halls, the Hollywood celebrities offering to pay bail for anyone arrested during the looting, if they will even face charges at all. The small businesses with shattered windows...

Huh...and here I was thinking if I were there with my young daughter and all the chaos and violence started I would have gotten her the hell away from it.

 

I support the rights of any American to peacefully protest. I'm sure you will join me in condemning the looting and violence that accompanied almost every #SBLM protest in 2020.

Then why did you falsely claim I "didn't support the BLM protests"?

 

Huh - do we have a time stamp for that picture? Was it taken at the scene of violence or chaos? Doesn't look like it to me. And I don't see any evidence that the father (or man carrying her on his shoulders) was in any way a threat to those police.

As for bringing a young child - I do get your point if it was one of the violent protests. But if not, I think it would be an amazing experience for a young black girl to participate in a demonstration geared at the promotion of equal rights for people who look like her.

I dunno. Perhaps it was your assertion that a seemingly peaceful man carrying a child on his shoulders was a person despicably using a child as a human shield. You support American's right to peacefully protest - but that's what the picture depicts.

 

So police and other armed forces never proactively opposed crowds last summer? I guess all those first person accounts of the PEACEFUL protest in DC that was tear gassed so that Trump could get a picture of himself were liars. And those Republican leaders who opposed Trump for that action were also wrong?
