    That (our credibility in the region) was drug out back and sodomized long before the half black guy arived on the scene, and besides, he took 2 wars he inherited and turned them into 7. Just like the Wall Street/donor/"job creator" class called for. The US has no credibility anywhere and it did that to itself. America itself has created all of its boogiemen and "terrorists".

    You display a critical lack of understanding as to how the process works. The lower court decision stands as a deadlock at scotus means the prior decision remains in force having been ruled on and agreed with by SCOTUS. If you don't fully overturn the decision, it stands as constitutional. This decision was not overturned ergo it has been ruled constitutional (the lower court's stance). Period.

    To say otherwise you'll need to get substantially the same case before the court (same points of law being examined ) and have a 5-4 or more go your way.

    The US didn't bring them here, that was their **** parents who cared so little about them that they put them in this situation and are now just using them like a grappling hook to get themselves in.

    We owe Mexican citizens nothing. Their well being is the responsibility of their parents and the Mexican government.
