Sure it does, there are funds allocated to dealing with some of the problems on the border. If Congress wants to solve the border issues, then they need to revisit the Amnesty laws ON THE BOOKS.

The legal solution is to secure the border and stop letting people pour in.

 

What we saw from the LSM was strong enforcement of the border. But they turned it around and made Trump's border policies racist. If there is no open border I hate to see what a real open border looks like.
