    No surprise here....
the DOJ will never hold the DOJ accountable.....
they just keep doing whatever they want and suffer no consequences...
Ask them if you like.... they will just run back behind the skirt and peek out and bark.... "we don't confirm or deny ongoing investigations"

Nunes: DOJ spied on my staff as we probed shocking Russia Hoax abuses

A more accurate headline would be: "Devin Nunez complains about being under investigation."

Cut their funding by 5% a month until they fire everyone involved.

A more accurate headline would be the corrupt DOJ abusing their power to investigate someone who was investigating them… seems that would be obstructing justice… by our own justice department.

Department of Justice Spied on Devin Nunes’ Team While He Was Investigating the FBI

    https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/bo...ng-them/?utm_source=collin&utm_medium=twitter

“the Justice Department used grand jury subpoenas to secretly obtain the personal email and phone data of at least two top House Intelligence Committee investigators back in November 2017,” as Nunes was gathering bombshell evidence against the FBI for their abuses in the Russian collusion investigation.

Horrible abuses by "The Deep State" that was going after Trump to protect themselves.

"The subpoenas were delivered during a critical time frame in the committee’s effort to expose the Donald Trump-Russia collusion investigation as having been driven by an uncorroborated political opposition dossier funded by Hillary Clinton. Nunes’ committee was locked at the time in a bitter struggle to force the FBI and DOJ to turn over records to the committee."

This is another reason why we need real reform in almost all areas of our government. It seems once they learned that Nunes had alerted the President, they started going after him and spying on him. Maybe Jeff Sessions should have done a better job in his first few months and rooted out the bitter actors who were trying to cover their tracks.

House needs to cut off funding to the DOJ until everyone involved has resigned and examined by a Grand Jury to determine of criminal charges are in order.

According to Devin Nunes, of course.

"Former Republican representative Devin Nunes is accusing the Justice Department of spying on him and his team while he was leading an investigation into the FBI’s conduct during the Trump-Russia hoax."

I am going to say the man has little, if any, credibility.

…the Justice Department used grand jury subpoenas to secretly obtain the personal email and phone data of at least two top House Intelligence Committee investigators back in November 2017 just as they and their boss, then-Chairman Devin Nunes, were assembling bombshell evidence of FBI abuses in the Russia collusion probe, Just the News has learned.

The subpoenas, obtained by Just the News, show the DOJ demanded that Google turn over personal email and phone data from the two senior staffers on Nov. 20, 2017 and that responsive materials were to be returned to DOJ by Dec. 5, 2017.

The subpoenas were delivered during a critical time frame in the committee's effort to expose the Donald Trump-Russia collusion investigation as having been driven by an uncorroborated political opposition dossier funded by Hillary Clinton. Nunes' committee was locked at the time in a bitter struggle to force the FBI and DOJ to turn over records to the committee.

The DOJ subpoenas came to light in the last few days when the former committee staffers were informed by Google that their records had been taken, consistent with the Big Tech company's policy of alerting customers five years after law enforcement takes such actions.

    KashPatelGoogleNotification.pdf
One of the subpoenaed staffers, former Intelligence Committee senior counsel Kash Patel, told Just the News that the DOJ's subpoenas were an extraordinary intrusion on congressional oversight and raised serious concerns about the separation of executive and legislative branch powers guaranteed in the Constitution…

The lengths that the FBI went to to protect its Russia collusion hoax is shocking. There are huge breaches of the constitution involved here. That they would target congressional staffers working for the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is truly unbelievable or was until now.

The deep state is hard at work on behalf of the establishment and the secular progressive left.

yep.... The FBI once again will not investigate the FBI... It's a violation of the separation of powers.

"This is, I believe, unprecedented spying in modern political history at this point, and just sad that it's taken us almost six years to discover it," retired Rep. Devin Nunes said Monday night after Just the News reported that DOJ demanded Google turn over personal email and phone data from at least two senior Intelligence Committee lawyers working for Nunes.

"The only reason they would possibly be doing that is because we caught the DOJ and the FBI coordinating with the Democratic Party in 2016 ... in order to spy on the Trump campaign and the Republican Party ...

DOJ/FBI are enemies of the United States.

'The FBI is packed with conspiracy theorists.
The FBI said Putin rigged the 2016 election.
The FBI said Russia rigged Hunter's laptop.
Now the FBI says anyone who doesn't believe its lies is a conspiracy theorist.'

Expelled the legitimate president and installed a farce.

It was exactly this issue that was why Congress was so reluctant to create the FBI, for fear that it would spy on them and thereby wrest illicit control from The People over national policy.

And how did 1/3rd of the GOP Senators respond? By INCREASING THEIR FUNDING IN THE OMNIBUS!

    They are led by McConnell

    1. Roy Blunt (Missouri)
    2. John Boozman (Arkansas)
    3. Shelley Capito (West Virginia)
    4. Susan Collins (Maine)
    5. John Cornyn (Texas)
    6. Tom Cotton (Arkansas)
    7. Lindsey Graham (South Carolina)
    8. Jim Inhofe (Oklahoma)
    9. Mitch McConnell (Kentucky)
    10. Jerry Moran (Kansas)
    11. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska)
    12. Rob Portman (Ohio)
    13. Mitt Romney (Utah)
    14. Mike Rounds (South Dakota)
    15. Richard Shelby (Alabama)
    16. John Thune (South Dakota)
    17. Roger Wicker (Mississippi)
    18. Todd Young (Indiana)
Only one represents a Blue State. Surely we can elect fiscally responsible US Senators in Red States?

They increased funding for the FBI/DOJ? They wear our jersey, but they play for the DNC's Swamp.

ABOLISH THE AGENCY. SALT THE EARTH: Today’s blacklisted American: The FBI’s purge of conservatives forces one agent to sue.
'Create something different to do what needs to be done which is a fraction of what they’re actually doing. Also do not hire from the same poisoned academic pools.'

This FBI agent has more courage than 18 GOP Senators and the 3 GOP Senators that refused to even record a vote.

'Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a lawsuit on behalf of FBI analyst Marcus Allen in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina against FBI Director Christopher Wray for violating Allen’s constitutional rights by falsely accusing him of holding “conspiratorial views,” stripping his security clearance, and suspending him from duty without pay. The FBI revoked his security clearance because apparently the FBI believes that any views contrary to its own regarding what occurred on January 6 constitutes disloyalty to the United States.'

They tolerate no disagreement. They tolerate no freedom of thought. Both are essential to a Free People.

'Clean up the FBI and the other corrupt executive agencies with the power of the purse. Come January the Republicans will control the House of Representatives, and will thus be in a position to slash the budgets of these agencies. If those agencies don’t have money, they won’t have any power to abuse. They will be gone.'

Look over the list above, they will fight cleaning up these corrupt agencies.
