It was presented to the public and to the Congress and in the evidence in court as an official picture of the evidence. Where did the DOJ and FBI disclose those big colorful in big bold letter SECRET SCIF marked documents were NOT part of the document find but were inserted there by FBI agents?

 

I'll ask again, where is the evidence that he didn't have these doc and why hasn't he made this argument in court?

And we are expected to treat each & every excuse as true right up until the moment they decide to move to the next excuse. I've given up trying to work out if the people who push this stuff know it is untrue or just convince themselves it is true each & every time and forget they believed the previous excuse. But then the FBI said he wasn't allowed to keep them. You say Trump had no idea what was in those boxes, but believed they were still his. How could he know he is allowed to keep them if 1) He did not pack them and 2) He has no idea what those boxes contain?

 

And he showed them around at Mara Lardass, claiming he could have declassified them when he was president but now he couldn't.

'Could', 'appears to' and 'might' is all some need to hear to recognize it as evidence. The same folks who are making this claim are the same ones who said Trump had declassified all the docs and that he did nothing wrong.
