Democrats knowingly nominated and then elected a candidate who declared "no one can serve God and the military." Basically all Democrats and a majority of people in Georgia agree. Do you agree?
Whats the third thing he said after military and money? Sounds like 'You can't serve God and 'mermen' at the same time'? I know he didn't say 'mermen', but that's what I keep hearing and I can't figure out what he actually said. And I understand the sentiment 'you can't serve God and the military' though I disagree with it. I considered joining the military many times in my life (too old now), and every time I decided that there was too much risk that I would be ordered to do something that I know is wrong. But I think most folks that serve have a lot more faith in our system than I do, and there is of course the argument to be made for making reforms from the inside.
I completely disagree with Warnock, and one can only scoff at the epic degree of failure in his campaign director's attempt to defend his anti-military sentiments: Give him another shovel. The evil that exists in our world doesn't fight itself. If it wasn't for the men and women who possess the moral wherewithal that Raphael Warnock and his ilk lack our world would have been consumed by those evils a long time ago.
Shame on Trump for being such a dick that he turned voters against the Republican. Shame on Republicans for putting up a candidate that couldn't beat this Democrat.
Well, what did Jesus really say? "But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you," or "But I tell you, hate your enemies and slay those who persecute you,"
He's an idiot. Either his seminary diploma is counterfeit or he himself is serving mammon and not God.
He seems to be unaware of the probable implications of this question by Messiah Yeshua - Jesus to the Pharisees. Mark 3:4 "And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace." He was partly referring to a time period about a century and a half earlier when Greco - Syrian armies attacked Jewish communities on the Sabbath...... if the Machabees had not decided it was lawful to fight back on the Sabbath....... the Jewish nation would have been decimated. This basic principle applies to all ten commandments to some degree.... and to all laws by implications. I guess it is called hierarchy of law. http://www.drbo.org/chapter/45002.htm
