I want to see the number of PF members who will be voting, and what their party affiliation is, not much to explain.

Well, I can't vote on this thread because I'm voting third party ... Libertarian ticket Gary Johnson/William Weld.

There will never be enough people voting for Johnson to actually elect him.

    Yes he is.

He's intended to be the political drag on the Republican vote by design.

I chose, Early voting, Republican, but that's not entirely accurate (just the best choice). I did not vote for Trump, and there are a few local offices I voted for NPA (no party affiliation) or even dem, but for U.S. House and Senate I voted Republican. (no governor's race).

It's not throwing a vote away. It's declaring displeasure with the two major party candidates, neither of which are appropriate for holding any elected office.

I voted against them. I voted against both Trump and Hillary. Neither are fit to be dogcatcher, much less President.

Lol, it sure would be nice if you could actually have it both ways, but we all know that the votes in this election cycle will only hurt one of two candidates, while helping the other. Hillary thanks you for your loyalty, and she has some special new scotus in mind to reward you for your support.

I don't really like Trump and I despise Hillary. But I'll vote for Trump because she will ram more Obamacare down our necks and she will put another judge on the SCOTUS like Sotomayor and Kagan. Plus she's a stupid criminal and we must have a much smarter criminal if we are going to confront Putin.

The winning candidate will take no notice of those who voted against them. Not even an after thought, no matter how close. Message sent but not received. So, yes it is a throw away vote. "neither of which are appropriate for holding any elected office" is pertinent to this election only. Voting third party is a throw away in every election.

Can you elaborate? I'm assuming you have never read about any issues or positions of each candidate.

No third party and independent options? Typical.

Vote Blue. It's the only sane choice.

Yes, I will be voting for the only viable candidate in this election; Donald Trump. I'll vote this Tuesday since VA doesn't have early voting.

If a third party gets 5% of the popular vote, it paves the way for them in the next election by way of federal funding and ballot access. Since, obviously, a third party is what is desperately needed, a vote for Johnson this time is not a wasted vote.
