I prefer tea. Coffee makes me jittery and messes my stomach up, but I'll drink it in case of emergencies. As far as tea goes, I like Morning Thunder tea, any English or Irish breakfast blend, Earl Grey, and Chai of course.
2 cups of java for me in the a.m. and that's it. Later I'll drink a can of V8 juice or a Boost.... I like tea - hot tea w/honey in it & drink gallons of iced tea during the hot summer....... In the health section I buy kombucha tea, which is very healthy and also drink apple cider vinegar w/honey in it........ Kombucha tea, you have to develop a taste for. I read up on the health benefits several yrs ago and started buying it.... pretty potent stuff...... Oh yes, also drink Gatorade..... and lots of water thru out the day....
I hate coffee. The smell, the taste... I like tea. Three or four sugars - depending on my taste buds - and exactly 40mls of skim milk, but ONLY long life. Not fresh. I am extremely fussy and I know how to make my tea the way I like it. I also drink hot chocolate. Full cream milk, fresh (not long life this time, taste different) and no sugar. Tried sugar in it once and spat it out. Tasted like utter (*)(*)(*)(*)!
Just one in the morning, with a bit of raw sugar and milk. I very rarely drink coffee (maybe a cup every couple of months).
If I was in the US and had a dicky heart, I'd be asking you to fix it for me, hehe! What's emergency medicine? Is that in the ER?
Yes, I train several nights per week in our Emergency Trauma Center besides my day job in our clinic.
Tea - I drink several pots per day, infact I have a full mug of steaming hot tea beside me right now.
I drink both coffee and tea. I like the dark french roast for coffee and green tea because it is good for you.
