    Desperation is suing for $1.3 Billion. That amount is ridiculous, they’ll never get it even if the judge doesn’t throw it out, and it’s a publicity stunt in an attempt to save their reputation.

    Agreed - just like desperation is repeatedly claiming that you won in a landslide and con your followers to believe the same while begging the GA Secretary of state to overthrow an election based on debunked conspiracy theories and attacking every Republican who won't go along with your lies

    Dominion will get a decent settlement, but a much lower amount

    This is a pretty winnable case for Dominion if they’ve had a single cancelled contract since Powell and Trump started tweeting about fraud.

    Oh, and Trump? Wouldn’t be surprised if Dominion serves Trump papers for the same $1.3 Billion the day after he leaves office.

    Correct. This should be the easiest win in legal history if Trump supporters are to be believed. All they have to do is produce the evidence. OK, so Fox & Newsmax couldn't find it and offered retractions instead, but Sidney has it all, so she will be fine. Should even win costs...right?

    When she fails to produce evidence - and all the adult here know she will - Trumpers will either pretend this didn't happen or double down on the conspiracies. We all know it. Just a matter of rime.

    All Dominion has to do is produce proof of one cancelled contract after Powell and Trump posted their slanderous tweets and they will have a valid case.

    No idea. Trump's lawyers got cases as far as SCOTUS because of feelings. Pretty low bar for Dominion to clear to get a hearing.

    Dominion has standing and the rules for Civil Court allow such suits to be heard. Powell and Trump are going to have to offer a settlement cause Dominion has a viable case.
