In yet another lawsuit against Fox News, we find out that the talking heads on their network claim that they knew they were lying, yet still did it. This is getting to be farcical at this point. Tucker Carlson used the same defense in his last suit, that his show should not be taken seriously and that its "commentary", and that his viewers should know its "entertainment and not factual news" ...blah blah blah But in this lawsuit, it is the Fox Execs, Hannity, and all the talking heads that give away the ghost here...which is , they KNOW THEY'RE LYING and freely admit it, but they do it for the money. The execs have made the claim in the past that nobody should take what the network says as fact, that its "entertainment". So my question for the righties here....now that this report shows that the execs know their lying, and the talking heads themselves admit that THEY are lying also, how can you watch/listen/quote/believe anything they say moving forward, as this is the last in a long list of lawsuits where they are telling you to your face, THEIR LYING !!!!
They don't care they are being lied to. They only care if FOX News is telling them what they want to hear.

People watch Tucker and Hannity for the same reason people started taking Limbaugh seriously in the early 90’s. They excuse their failures. They tell them it is not their fault that they failed to achieve success in life. They provide their viewers with boogeymen, telling them all their struggles in life are because of Democrats, liberals, people of color
In a world where reality exists, I would say that this would be the death of Fox, but in this day and age of confirmation bias above all, FOX News personalities and the network will be right back at it on Monday, and their ratings will probably increase. I don't watch any of these channels, but I find your comment interesting. Are you then claiming that channels like CNN or MSNBC never lie?
I used to watch Fox and CNN alternately. Don't watch either much anymore, but I noticed more "falseness" from Fox. CNN has more accuracy but sensationalizes the hell out of stories. CNN is a little better at presenting "opposing" veiws. Reasons why I don't frequent any of them anymore. I don't need someone to interpret what someone said or meant. I like to warch/listen/read for myself and form my own opinion. That's my opinion anyway. Hope that helps.
They lie is vague. Is every world they speak the truth? No. Is there a coordinated effort to spread specific lies? I don’t think so

"fair, balanced and unafraid", Fox B/S mantra....well, they are neither. I do watch Fox but my B/S filter works and they have not covered this, the lawsuit and the internal host messages topic, not even ONCE. They are not talking or reporting it and their audience is right in tow.... This is a sad truth and it's also a form/variation of mental illness.
