The poll was a bit suspicious to me so I loaded it into an incognito browser and tried voting and looking at the results. It just shows whatever option you picked as 100%, it's not reflective of actual votes and they mix in taco and income questions..... lol

 

So its another fake poll by a leftist source.

I am curious about the actual charges, which don't seem to be available yet.
For me, that's all I want to judge this action on. If a politician, any of them, does something illegal I have no problem with them being held to account.
Just be real and fair about it.

 

I've had it on live in the background while at work. The most striking thing to me is the looks on his face. I don't think I've ever seen him look sad like that, particularly after he saw the indictment charges for himself for the first time. Indignant was more what I expected. That's his default negative emotion. I don't want to read into it too much, but I think he expected less than he saw. I don't like him, but I can't help but feel a little bad for him. Personally, being a defendant would be one of my worst nightmares.

It this is some twisted legal claim over Stormy Daniels, that the FBI, FEC, CIA, and two former NY prosecutors couldn't claim, this is going to backfire. Huge

Bragg has an anti-Trump judge and an anti-Trump jury. It'll be damn hard for Bragg to **** this up. He could charge Trump with assassinating Lincoln and get a conviction.

 

He'll be out on bail as soon as his arraignment is finished.

 

He's going home to Florida tonight. He won't even have to post bail.

 

First, known, charge is "First degree falsifying business records" - a felony. He pleaded "not guilty".

 

He isn't going to jail. House arrest, maybe. The Secret Service won't stand for him being locked up.

 

There is no way to know how the jury leans it hasn't even been selected yet. You're basing you judgement of the judge on the Wiesman case; in which Wiesman pleaded guilty, that's not on the judge.

It's a "white collar crime", defendants are usually put on their "own recognizance" in New York.

 

We will have to see what the charges are.
But Stormy charges already dismissed by the FBI, CIA, FEC, and two former DA prosecutors isn't going anywhere
