Do you find that when you wake up that you are more happy that it was just a dream or more sad that you had to wake up?

Since I retired I dream almost every night, sometimes two different dreams. I enjoy dreaming. One occurring dream I have is I'm in a large city and lost. I'm walking and I can't find my way to my hotel or where I parked my car. Very frustrating to walk up and down city blocks and nothing look familiar.

I call mine like that "frustration dreams", differing situations where I go round and round and nothings resolved. I wake up feeling like I haven't slept at all. I've been retired 2yrs and they started shortly afterwards, wonder if that has anything to do with them?

I think when we retire our minds are free of stress and many images and situations come out as we sleep
