http://www.ebar.com/news/article.php?sec=news&article=69826 HYPERLINK has the full story snip According to the Dyke March's website, the event celebrates dykes, however one defines themselves. "We understand dyke identity to include those of us who are questioning and challenging gender constructs and the social definitions of women: transdyke, MTF, transfeminine, transmasculine, genderqueer, and gender fluid dykes," ................................. Men, as has been the case at previous events, are asked to support the event from the sidelines, cheering on the participants. I don't know what to make of this. Here we have a very exclusionary event happening on public property. Men are not welcome to participate. Do you think that public property use should be allowed given the exclusions of the parade?
Nope. They have no right to exclude any persons from public property. I think you should attend if you want to and if they try to make you leave you'll have a great lawsuit on your hands. Enjoy!
If men are not welcomed don't be a dick by trying to make a dumb point. How is this for a point. In domestics, Men are the most likely cause of a woman being murdered. So give these women their march and just leave them be.
