The more i look into this, it was Ed Kennedy who did this. He killed both JFK and RFK so he could take the presidency earlier, he was hungry for power. His master plan didn't work out that well because he had a fall out with the CIA, who helped him deliver the killing shots. The CIA got so angry and Ed that they threatened to expose it all and then Ed came out with a grand plan to pull out of the presidential run after purposefully killing the passenger driver during his famous accident. This was his excuse to pull out but it was the CIA that told him 'pull out or die' cause he pissed them off!
