It is OBVIOUS that you do NOT have a problem with the Judicial Branch being CORRUPTED by your wannabe Fascist-in-Chief irrespective of that DESTROYING the BALANCE of the 3 co-equal branches providing a system of CHECKS and BALANCES.

Your VITRIOL referring to the EXISTING Judicial Branch as being " full of lunatic, activist, liberal judges" clearly EXPOSES your intention to place your wannabe Fascist-in-Chief ABOVE and BEYOND the Law of the Land.

Furthermore the VP does NOT have any authority to "punish" anyone. Where you got that ABSURD notion is NOT apparent.

You should be taking notice of the number of things that tell us that loyalty to the nation and the American people has ceased to exist among a great many of Trump's enemies, and even more of the people the democrats have aligned themselves with. That by far poses the greatest threat to the nation. You don't have to like any president, and law as well as congress limit the ability of a president to distort his duty. What's more, Trump will be gone in 4 more years- but we could be dealing with the anarchists that become raving criminal maniacs at every opportunity, and the radical left interests that protect them and tell our children they have no value and are trash. That's going on right now. The opposition to Trump is supporting that. Apparently- you support that long-term disaster over Trump, because- you don't like him.

You probably never looked your "fascist" buzzword up, but one of the major defining characteristics of fascism is suppression of opposition. Given the cancel culture, the endless allegations like the Russian dossier fraud, the tolerance and even promotion of crime by the left, the attempt to rewrite history and tear down statues, the attempts to destroy pride in people, the movements to get people fired or harmed who oppose BLM tyranny... It takes a lot of balls as well as fog to call Trump the fascist here. ALL of that conduct belongs to the left and they democrats they are in bed with.
You are allright with that, but call Trump a fascist. I'd bet that is another defining characteristic- flip the facts and blame others for what your people are actually doing. I hold them responsible for what they do; no slack for their excuses.

The president could have gone to martial law and shoot-on-sight policy for the violent rioters- but he did not, and I think that was a mistake, because tolerance of these asshats only encouraged them. A lot of good people are close to the point where they won't tolerate more of this bull puckey. When we reach that point, then you may see some 'suppression", and not just from the president.

 

With that said, it's not impossible for a President, with the help of Congress to corrupt the Judicial Branch...the Dems have promised to do that if they win....and we saw them do it during the Obama/Biden regime...where they purposely left vacant seats in some District and Circuit Courts, to create a backlog....and then they increased the size of the DC Circuit to stack it with their Judges to ensure that any of Obama/Biden unilateral regulations that got challenged would be handled by their people.

IIRC around 2 MILLION ballots are not counted in every general election in the U.S. on average.

2 million uncounted ballots would NOT have altered the outcome of Hillary WINNING the Popular Vote by 3 million votes. At most it would have REDUCED the her winning margin to something LESS than 3 million but not the actual outcome.

When the uncounted ballots are FEWER than the WINNING MARGIN then there is no point in counting them if they CANNOT alter the outcome.

However when the UNCOUNTED ballots EXCEED the winning margin then it would be a violation of Individual Voting Rights to NOT count them.

 

Thousands of mail-in ballots are not counted across the country for a variety of reasons. A President concerned with democracy would see that as a problem in need of fixing. Trump sees it as a good thing for him.

 

Go to the polls on Nov. 3, and that will guarantee your vote will be counted. Mail in your ballot and it could possibly be rejected because you used a random mix of lower and upper case letters and it looked like a child sent it in.

 

That’s a rather loose grasp of reality.

Much of our political process has run on “gentleman’s agreements”, wasn’t codified in law, and was dependent on the good will, character, and the word of the participants. Naive, huh?

The heartening thread of this period in history is the status quo is scared as hell of the American people. There is power in our right to vote if we choose utilize it and there are some people within our system that will go to the mat to protect our right to utilize it.

Hopefully, this will crystallize what this election cycle is all about. We the have the right to vote and have that vote counted. Through all the bullshit smoke screens and obstacles that is ALL this election cycle is about. Nothing more and nothing less. Don’t get distracted.
