Elise Stefanik Demands Letitia James Disbarment for ‘Lawfare Campaign’ Against Donald Trump

“Republican House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (NY) on Tuesday issued a 64-page letter to the New York Committee on Professional Standards demanding the disbarment of New York Attorney General Letitia James for allegedly violating “principles of fairness and impartiality” by engaging in “relentless lawfare” on social media against former President Donald Trump.

If James is disbarred, it would substantially increase Trump’s chances of defeating James’ prosecution…

It is evident that Attorney General James violated fundamental principles of fairness and impartiality by engaging in a relentless lawfare campaign against President Trump, marked by over 50 prejudicial comments on social media during just the first five weeks of the trial.

Stefanik is right. James has never been about justice. She ran on targeting one man. There can be no equal justice under the law here.

 

James should be disbarred for blatant bias and the case she brought dropped due to her unprofessional behavior.

Could be the complaint is valid. The comments have been both ubiquitous and beyond the scope of normal public communications. But since our country is stupid enough to commingle judicial positions with politcs we deserve this stuff. The GOP is going to have to start doing the same stuff eventually.

 

Shamelessness (read as bottomless since the Trump takeover of the GOP) is a feature for Trump bootlickers.

This is a valid complaint and I hope to see justice. The lefts fascism is going to be stopped one way or another.

 

There is a number of trumpublican politicians around our nation promulgating similar nonsense for an audience of one. Which seems ignorant in the context of the normal world but is quite cleaver when you consider they don't care how they appear to anyone but tRaitor tRump.

We have a minority, but significant number, of Ameircan's that either fully believe every word that comes out of tRaitor tRump's mendacious mouth. Or, know it's bullshit but think that fame and fortune awaits them if they can just hold their nose's and bleat his bullshit.

The sum total is a dangerous contingent of American's that believe that replacing "Government BY the People" with a dictatorship of tRaitor tRump will get them what they want, even though they have no idea what it is they want. And don't realize that they are tearing down what has built them up. Their world of "alternative fact's" is an undefinable and vague aspiration, motivated by gullibility or purposeful treason.

Stefanick is dumb enough to be part of the gullible group, with just enough intelligence to have attained a position of power. A combination, taken together with others like her, that makes her really dangerous to the continuity of our Republic.

Letitia James did not make Donald Trump attempt to commit election fraud in the state of Georgia. Why would her dismissal mean Trump should not face charges?
