Hi, I just came across this video from CGP Grey where he explains politics from an the perspective of incentives for rulers. It is very informative, and seeing as how this is a political forum, I think you will like it. CGP Grey makes tonnes of interesting videos, many about politics, and I encourage you to look up his channel. But this video is probably among his best. I just wanted to share it.

I knew it, I prefer a centralized government(a dictatorship.) Easier to manage, easier still to build the utopian form of power. All one has to do, is 'cut key supporters' and that's as simple as organizing them under the party. Through party organization and structure(and allowing power in those smaller groups), the country can be organized better than either in a pure democracy or dictatorship.

wasn't the point of the video that democracies present better incentives for rulers to care for the people?

The point of the video was to demonstrate the two systems and both of which rely on the same keys of power. And what someone gets from that, differs IMO from their views. In my viewpoint, the segmented democracies(and this election doesn't help matters) end up with infighting factions that compete for power(or other keys) and then you can see a monopoly form, which will then be its own form of dictatorship anyway.

But at least with a top-down form of government, such political actions are lowered to the allowed political actors, who should be a part of the unified party(in my vision) to begin with. That's why the Third Position is generally different from most other political factions or groups. Instead of acting on behalf of individuals, you'd act on the behalf of the State.(Just as Workers work on behalf of the company.)

Things work so much better for citizens and for us all, when political power is centralized. After all, it did work for the former Kingdom of Sweden. It did work for the British Empire. The strongest structures last the longest and thus enable a healthier nation.

It did say that. It also said that if an alternative source of wealth, other than the productivity of the people, like oil, appears then democracy would fall.

I am thinking that automation may provide that alternative source of wealth.
