Fat and Old is way more prejudical than gay!!!

    In my experience, being old is much, much more prejudicial to being hired than being gay... and yet, where is the liberal protection of my rights???

    I am married for 28 years with more than 25 years successful experience in the job from which I took early retirement.
    Yet, I have examples of me "accidentally" saying I was 20 years younger but as having a male partner of 10 years to the same job and only the younger resume got an interview request.

    Of course, I am suing and will be posting those companies here if they do not want to comply to the law....

    Those who say the hole they use for sex is a determining factor to being hired for a job are just using their own choice of that HOLE as an excuse.

    Your suing because you fraudulently filled out a job application and your made up gay man got a job interview? On what grounds?

    Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967, as amended

    The ADEA prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of age (40 years or older). Unlike Title VII and the Rehabilitation Act, the ADEA allows persons claiming age discrimination to go directly to court without going through an agency's administrative complaint procedures.
