Doesn't DHS exist PRIMARILY to facilitate information sharing across agencies/law enforcement? Isn't that why it was formed... to address failures in intel sharing which MAY have made 9/11 preventable?

You are asking the FBI to share info with other law enforcement agencies when the FBI has a history of not sharing information with other agencies. On the other hand, I think that after the bombings occured, the FIB did not share the info. And in my first reply, I said that is a good question.
