Yawn... One dipshit makes a post and it is a plot!!! In that case there have been thousands of plots to assassinate Trump.
About as much from the BLM and Antifa anarchist and I bet there are bunch of college AA educated people in those groups.
True..it's like White Supremist.....there isn't a group called that but a number of groups that have that idea.
Explain why his murder wasn't solved. I could probably be convinced that the WDCPD are useless, but it still doesn't exclude the likelihood that he was murdered, and not just "mugged" where the "muggee" died from the gun shot wounds...and nothing was taken. But that still doesn't explain why you find his death to be funny, or that it would be something that you would reference as being "funny". It's acutely morbid, and ghoulish.
I think you meant "alleged rapists," didn't you? Innocent until proven guilty, sound familiar? It's why the bail system was invented. Like I said above, bail is only refused for flight risks or those that the judge deems to be too dangerous to be out among us regular folks.
Most of them are just idiots, until the feds pay someone to turn them into terrorists. Look at some of their past cases. The cases rest largely on aspects like the FBI supplying explosives(fake) or firearms that require federal permits for being fully automatic making possession a felony. There would literally be no case without the FBI providing items and pushing informants for bigger cases. They did that in my state to some mentally ill guy during the Obama era. It was a disgrace, but expected from a disgrace like Obama...
I doubt leftwing violence makes democrats generally look bad. It certainly makes their leadership look bad, especially when they never try to stop or otherwise control it. It does make a lot of sense to blame then, that violence on those democrats and their agencies who never attempt to control it. Why? That's a great question. I think they believe that it would improve their election chances. Obviously, that backfired on them, and now you can't even get Biden or Harris to mouth the words "responsibility"... But sure. I don't cast aspersions against "all democrats" Just the political ones in office who are willfully allowing these cities to burn.
It's happened, in my own state. Eventually the case was dropped, but that's how it happened. The Obama FBI was disgusting...
There have been a few: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lis...assassination_attempts_and_plots#Donald_Trump
Proof off the MDF fund's use of their funds to do exactly this, and having received significant support directly from ms Harris. So, don't be concerned on my behalf, but the facts should make you concerned. No?
It sounds like a pretty ordinary gun club / militia group. I bet the evidence that they were actually going to try to carry out a kidnapping of the governor is pretty weak and flimsy. Probably a single informant testified that they heard a few people "talk about" doing it, and there were no solid plans or details. (i.e. the "plot" was imaginary trash talk and angry fantasy) But hopefully more details will come out.
We're talking about the judicial system, not the charitable organization. I realize you want to shift the discussion to something you disagree with (the 8th Amendment, apparently), but that's not what we're talking about. Show me one case where defendants were granted bail when accused of conspiring to kidnap the governor, among other violent terrorist acts, and you'll have a case. Otherwise, all six will be denied bail IMO.
Exactly. They're being charged with conspiracy to commit violent terrorist acts. Bail will be denied.
I don't condone kidnapping governors (or anyone really), but I also don't believe this wasn't instigated by the FBI.
If these fringe groups were able to detect and distance themselves from FBI/police informants their membership would probably drop to near zero.
Umm.. so bail hearings work the same way, representation submits arguments, court does or doesn't grant for bail, in the case of a rapist, child rapist in fact, the MDF was able to bond out someone far more dangerous to society that these folks might have been. And in case you missed it lots of participatory sedition felons were similarly treated. Are you somehow suggesting that simply because these folks were talking about a specific public person that somehow their crime if more egregious? If so why? The folks who organized CHAZ actually accomplished what these folks thought about. Are there FBI charges there yet? Just asking. And if there were can you honestly tell us that you'd be willing to advocate their being denied bond? Really? So CHAZ actually establishes a seditious beach head, and not one isn't currently out on bond. Your sensitivity is severely skewed here.
