'A preliminary injunction issued today by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is barred from censoring Americans in an explosive new development in Missouri v. Biden.'

Bribed Joe, with his vicious attack on the rights of Free Americans, may be the most despicable man to ever hold the office of the presidency.

A 'Nerve Center' of Federal Censorship shouldn't even exist:

'The CISA is the “nerve center” of federal government censorship, and is responsible for censoring the American public, facilitating collusion between the feds and social media companies, and interfering in our elections. Now, CISA, along with the Surgeon General, White House, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), cannot communicate with social media companies for the purpose of policing speech. The court’s original opinion, which addressed the White House, FBI, CDC, and Surgeon General, did not include CISA.'

Why do all these bureaucrats staffing these agencies think it's acceptable to engage in a conspiracy to deprive their fellow Americans of their basic human rights? Do not many of them have advanced degrees from our top liberal colleges?

'The court stated that CISA “shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech".

It's amazing that these highly educated and credentialed idiots who engaged in this attack on their fellow Americans actually need a Court to order them to stop them, when it should have been impossible to get them to engage in this even if ordered by their superiors to do so.

The crazed Totalitarians who are running the Biden WH are appealing this to the Supreme Court, arguing that they should be able to control the national conversation.
