Oh yes, Muslims are devout Sun,Moon and Star worshippers. Don't be deceived.

Ezekiel 8:12 (God speaks about the Israelites)
"Then said he unto me, Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his idols? for they say, The LORD sees us not; the LORD has forsaken the land."

Ezekiel 8:13 (God speaks about the Isrealites)
He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.

    Ezekiel 8:14 (foolish Israelites)
"Then he brought me to the entrance to the north gate of the house of the LORD, and I saw women sitting there, mourning for Tammuz."

Ezekiel 8:15 (God speaks about the Israelites)
"Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these."

Ezekiel 8:16 (Israelites converting to Islam, worshipping idols, Kabba Stone etc..)
"And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east."

Um, Muhammad PBUH removed the idols from the Hajj after he conquered it.

Islam believes in one God. The one who created the universe. The same one Jews and Christians believe in.

There is no idol worship in Islam. That is forbidden.

lol the Shahada, what every true Muslim believes, says la illaha ilallah. Translated as, there is no God but Allah. As in, there is only one God. Get it?

Even images of the prophets are outlawed in Islam, correct? Because it leads to the images being worshiped. I had heard that is why Muslims take offense when images of Muhammad are made by artists.

When your favorite deity does something godly please let us know. So far he hasn't done anything at all since some guy dreamed him up to help control the more superstitious nuts he was surrounded by.

Somewhat, yes. There are no statues or pictures to prevent Muhammad from becoming an idol.

But, there are some pictures of Muhammad out there. There is nothing specific in the Quran prohibiting pictures.

The reason Muslims got angry with the Danish cartoon was because more of how it depicted Muhammad, and not so much because it was him. There still would be offended Muslims, regardless.

It's a sensitive issue to some people, that's forsure.

It's not a good idea to believe in imaginary entities like gods, demons, angels, 90 foot tall people and other such creatures. It prevents you from facing reality.

But Muhammad did actually say that he did not want his image used, because he was afraid people would worship his imagine instead of god, right? the way catholics tends to worship and pray to images of saints instead of god.

Reality = all gods are imaginary. They only exist in your superstitious mind.

I would not go that far......I think that some of the gods were simply misinterpeted encounters with aliens. There is some evidence to back it up.

Muhammad PBUH didn't want to be idolized or whorshipped, which was more likely had there been more pictures or statues.

It is similar to how the cross w/ Jesus has become an idol in Christianity. Muhammad wanted to avoid that.

That's a very general explanation of reality. What's the scientific definition?

The Gods of Abraham were El, Asherah and Baal.

Even after the exodus the Israelites were mostly worshiping a number of Gods. Baal was the first to go (fused will El to become Yahweh). Long after that however Yahweh maintained his consort Asherah.

The Israelites would burn insence on alters w /four horns well into the middle of the first century BC. The 4 horns represent Asherah as did the Golden calf.
The archaeology tells the story but one can also read this in the Bible.

Elijah talks about being the only priest in Israel for Yahweh. There were 450 priests for Baal alone and likely many more for Asherah and El.

Elijah was likely a priest of some El-Yahweh fusion.

The Bible editors who put these stories to paper did so at a time after the Babylonians had conquered Irael and destroyed the temple .. the Jews attributed their downfall to the worship of many Gods and so the Bible was written to glorify this idea.

Mohammed removed the other idols that he deem unnecessary and kept one stone that one stone is presently well kept inside the Kabaa. Muslim believe in the one God that is opposite of Jews and Christians. That is why their book the Quran is the only book that specifically mention to destroy Christians and Jews, while the of Bible of God does not say anything about killing Muslims in fact it clearly calls that all humans are children of God, that Islam totally disagree.

Correct, Muslims are deep into Idol worship, hence the Kabba Stone(graven image).

But you are incorrect about the Bible mentioning the destruction of Muslims. They, along with other heathens will be purged from the realm of the Israelites in the end times.

    Read Thessolians in the Bible.

A Scientific definition would be something that can be validated, shown to be true.

There is no way to validate the existence of God directly. Even when good arguments for God are made (and there are good ones), there is absolutely no way to know who that God, or Gods, is.

Is it Zeus, Vishna, El, Asharah, Allah.

Because there is no way to validate the identity of God(s), anything stated about these Gods is imagination. .. something made up.
