The FBI is rotten to the core and should be eliminated.

    Agreed.

I believe they reversed this, so long as the registered owner is present and the person he loans it to can legally own a gun.

They're not enforcing the law. They're attempting to create laws to enforce and bypass congress, just like the rest of the leftist 3 letter agencies.

Yeah a piece of rubber on the end of a buffer tube is pure lawlessness.

I saw it on an announcement on a video from a pro gun group I am subscribed to. I know a major Class III dealer and range-I will check with them but TOG thinks that was reversed,

~ The irony of all this firearm restriction nonsense — it always boosts gun sales . :aww:

Try answering the question, instead of spewing irrelevant bullshit that isn't even accurate. The government can't do 'anything it wants', it can only do things that the Constitution specifically grants it the power to do. So, if you would try again... Please quote me chapter and verse of what part of the Constitution either created the ATF, or even allowed it to be created without an Amendment granting it the power to do so.

If you can't or won't give me one or more quotes from the Constitution, don't even bother responding.

I think after the EPA decision slapping them down for exceeding their authority will soon affect the ATF as well, as they've done the same thing.

Federal Law clearly states that the definition of a 'machine gun' is a gun that fires more than one round per trigger pull. But the ATF came along and decided that a bump stock, that does NOT make a gun fire more than one round per trigger pull was nonetheless a machine gun. By whose authority? Did the Congress pass a law? Did the president sign it? No, some bureaucrat just decided to change it all on his or her own. Not only is that person unelected, but we also don't even know who it was!

It may, however, be seeing the inside of a Court sooner rather than later. There is a trigger device that provides essentially the same functionality as does a bump stock that the ATF is attempting to criminalize with no Congressional action. It's called the FRT-15, and the company who makes them is not just laying down and doing what they're told. They intend to fight all the way to SCOTUS, and while it won't happen tomorrow, with the precedent set in the EPA case (plus Bruen, Heller, et. al.), I think they'll win.

Until and unless Congress changes the Law to include such things, which I doubt they could pass with the current makeup, I expect that SCOTUS will rule in their favor.
