    MOD WARNING

Excellent. This agreement finally marks down the US/Israel attempt at subversion and division as a failure.

All of these points are those that would be expected of a civilised and honourable people- which is what the Palestinians are. The Agreement is, without any shadow of a doubt, democratic. Why then should the US object to it ? The US supports democracy, does it not ?

Unfortunately no, not any more. The US has subverted and attacked several democracies in recent years, the Palestinian democracy included, and it succours and supports several juntas today, the most relevant in Egypt which it rewards with weapons and the means to oppress the pro-Palestinian Egyptian population. We can only conclude that any government which is opposed by the Mod Edit ~ Rule 3/Flame baiting and its client State is probably inherently decent and deserving of our support.

Of course, this does NOT mean that Americans are inherently bad., It means that the American government is in bed with a bad lot.

AIPAC doesn't pay Congressmen and Senators one single dime.

you clearly don't have a clue about AIPAC, just hyper-partisan hackery.

Sheldon Adelson and the Koch brothers shell out plenty. Don't try to derail the thread, please, concentrate on the Gaza Agreement, there's a good chap.

you accused AIPAC of donating millions of dollars to American political campaigns.

they in fact don't donate one single penny. not one.

The Israel Lobby pays plenty. Try divorcing AIPAC from it.

    Let me see. (?) (?)

If I understand what I'm reading correctly, Moon is "blue" because one of the "causes" he spends so much time upon has been resolved - leaving him to take up cudgels against a truly strange combination: AIPAC- a lobbying group, and Koch Brothers-a very Non-Semitic family, whose economic roots trace all the way back to services performed by a family member for the (then) relatively new government of the USSR.

I don't care for either group-so-if Moon wants to attack them -and Sheldon Whatzisface (who ,some claim,is actually helping the Chinese government contribute to the Republican party by laundering their money through his share of the big casinos)-----well: have at 'em,lad !

That's plainly untrue- as several different threads and a multitude of posts will aptly testify.

However, convinced as you are in your own mind, provide some evidence to back your absurdity.

    You imply .......................................

On second thoughts some comment on the topic would be far preferable. Awa' ye go, Jimmy.

From " Indefinite detention in the US of AIPAC"

From "Assange appeal goes to ' Supreme Court ' "

From "US to cease bombing Afghan civilians."

From "Palestine to be recommended to UNESCO "

Nice attempt to try to show you didn't intend to imply there is a nation called the US of AIPAC but as the posts above (and there are plenty more ) show you really don't have a clue.

None of those posts make claim to the US of AIPAC being anything other than a neoZionist-ridden culture in Washington.

The Israel Lobby contributes mere pennies to Congressional campaigns, compared to other lobbying groups.

How can the Israel Lobby control the USA if they contribute so little compared to other groups and agendas?

    Ronstar; moon; et al,

I'm not sure what the true nature of the issue is?

    (OBSERVATION)

    (COMMENT)

What is the implication of the question? Is someone suggesting that the "Israel Lobby" (not further identified) is violating the law either in spirit or intent? What is the substance to the allegation?

    Most Respectfully,
    R

Not at all. I shouldn't think that anybody involved with the Israel Lobby does anything directly

    You'd best familiarise yourself with what the Israel Lobby gets up to;
