    According to the Bible in Babylon's siege against Jerusalem, starving people ate their children as God warned would happen in Deuteronomy 28:47-57. See Jeremiah 19:9, Ezekiel. 5:10, Lamentations 2:20, Lamentations 4:10.

    At least this one makes exceptions for rape and incest. That makes it more moderate than many other similar laws.

    Do you approve of Alabama's law prohibiting abortion in cases of rape?

    Upon further review of the bill I had to vote no. It is a halfass bill that contradicts itself.

    The rape/incest exception makes no sense at all in context with the rest of the bill. The baby in the womb is not guilty of rape/incest, why does the law allow it to be punished?

    And if every miscarriage does not get the same scrutiny of the death of a 1 year old, then it would seem they do not really care about the baby in the womb dying

    The irony here is the same side that is making laws like this also fight against sex education that includes anything but not having sex ever.

    You seem confused, these are a collection of fear mongering pieces, There is an unreviewed case, but SCOTUS hasn't taken the case, and likely should it become reviewed again, remember that the court has changed. Even a wishy washy Roberts can't stand on president here. But ok, And as an aside, until this one is challenged, in Idaho, do you expect the courts to simply intervene on their own? Is that the kind of unconstitutional action you believe they have.
