THE SHEEP ARE HEREBY PUT ON NOTICE

A most egregious case in which Americans are hereby given Notice, “Comply or Die”
As the mask is being slowly removed from the Evil Face of a Police State that has
already been made Legal with the passage of the NDAA - "COMPLY or DIE"

.............................. .............................. ...............& if they want to Kill you for the thrill of it - You are Meat on their table
    [IMG] [IMG]
.............................. .............................. .............................. Here be 2 of the 3 evil goons who were charged
.............................. .............................. .............................. Two of the 6 or 7 that took part in the murder

California Pigs Acquitted In The Murder Of Kelly Thomas

This case is so, up front & in your face egregious, so blatantly Unjust, that all but the most
Willfully Ignorant should clearly see its implications. As Americans are here being informed
& trained to realize that the Brutal Thugs who enfroce the Police in a State, are above
the Law and will never be punished for anything they do.

Well thats the expected result. We had a great officer here. He beat a homeless man to death, shot a 12 year old girl with a beanbag shotgun point blank while two officers were on top of her, and is now sherrif of his home county.

What were the police officer's defense, there had to have been one? I'm sure it wasn't because Kelly Thomas couldn't follow orders, he must have said or done something to enrage them that way? :confuse:

I'm not particularly familiar with this case, but it seems that he was acquitted by a jury of his peers, not a jury of "the police state". What was the grounds for the dismissal? It can certainly seem counter-intuitive and unjust at times, but often people DO get away with murder for purely procedural reasons. These procedures exist to prevent abuse by the state, but certainly unjust things happen as a consequence of them. I don't think we've ever been under the illusion that our criminal justice system is perfect at any point in history.

Now, if he was acquitted because the jury was threatened into it, or because the laws were written in a way that makes it so that law enforcement cant be made guilty, that is more of an issue to speak of. But I can't tell from the facts presented.

Police are in a dangerous line of work. Incidence's of death and killing are bound to happen, and unfortunately often it's only the survivor that can tell the story of what happened. I can see how this can certainly lead to abuse. That said, on the one hand, I'm not sure how it can be avoided. On the other hand, if someone really is being abusive, I have little doubt that they will get what's coming to them. Maybe they get away with it once, but there will be witnesses, and the punishment for the abuse of power should be severe.

"We must ask, not whether an anarcho-capitalist society would be safe from a power grab by the men with the guns (safety is not an available option), but whether it would be safer than our society is from a comparable seizure of power by the men with the guns. I think the answer is yes. In our society, the men who must engineer such a coup are politicians, military officers, and policemen, men selected precisely for the characteristic of desiring power and being good at using it. They are men who already believe that they have a right to push other men around - that is their job. They are particularly well qualified for the job of seizing power. Under anarcho-capitalism the men in control of protection agencies are selected for their ability to run an efficient business and please their customers. It is always possible that some will turn out to be secret power freaks as well, but it is surely less likely than under our system where the corresponding jobs are labeled 'non-power freaks need not apply'."

I live near Fullerton, it is a horrible place to go out and have drinks.

Not only is the crowd violent, filled with tattoos and a bad attitude, but the cops are even worse.

This cop should be shot, or put in a ring with me with no rules....

    Case makes me so angry

Most police departments want bullies and thugs to "serve and protect".

This is what America has "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." (Revelation 18:2)

We routinely support the liars in DC to rampage through many countries tormenting and slaughtering the innocent people of those nations.
So shouldn't we be subject to the same brutality that we so love to hand out to millions of people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Yugoslavia, Vietnam, Germany, Japan, China, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Syria and many other countries?

Yep. The mask is off. The jury of boot-lickers that let those murdering thugs off the hook is proof positive that the police state is firmly in charge in Fullerton, CA. Better steer clear of that place.

Most police stations have removed the logo to serve and protect. Now most just say law enforcement or something close to it.

You can read about the case here: http://www.latimes.com/local/la-me-...20140114,0,6482344.story?page=1#axzz2qWBM4F4A

True but in this case, there was video and audio and a lot of witnesses of the entire incident. Thats why this is national news and such a travesty of justice. The video, witnesses, and the extreme degree of injury clearly show police brutality and murder.

I hope the jury talks to a reporter, I would love to hear the jurors reasoning for letting the cops go.

The case was the first in the county's history in which an officer faced murder charges for actions taken on duty. But jurors agreed with defense attorneys that the officers were trying to subdue an unruly suspect, not beat him to death.

"They did what they were trained to do," said John Barnett, Ramos' attorney.

I guess there definition of "unruly" is daring to breathe while multiple people are on top of you beating and tazing you.

I should put a 'graphic content' waning on all my threads, that's guaranteed to get people looking at them :fishing:
I feel sorry for this guy but police brutality is nothing new.

I did and do. In fact, the vid is what got the cops off as Thomas is from the start resisting arrest and escalating the force required to subdue him.

I live in a neighboring city and work in Fullerton. The people in this area are outraged, as they should be. It always helps me to remember that Karma is one nasty, you get the idea.

Makes me sick to my stomach.

Well this makes sense... americans are individualistic and proud of their force and capability to induce fear in their enemies so i suppose they shouldn't whine if their police officers are ready and willingly to use brute force on those citizens they consider a threat or low life, or they just don't like. Dammit, this is freedom extended to every aspect of society. thinking about it.

There is where our difference lies.

With that in mind. I understand your position, however is drastically differ on "escalating force required to subdue him"

I think it's funny when people look at you like you're crazy if you suggest America is a police state. Then you ask them if they think Russia and China are police states and they're like, "oh yeah for sure Russia and China are police states, but America is free" when America has a higher rate of incarceration than Russia and China combined.
