…Why shouldn't there be when you have a media, academia and entertainment repeating the idea that you are evil? It's like they're an abusive parent telling his or her kid that he or she is worthless. Guess what? It might rub off.

So now it's not just religion being sidelined, but patriotism too. And the agnostics and the bashers. They're not coming from some other country. They're born here. They aren't immigrants. They’re home grown. Why is that? Well, the people coming here, they get it. They know what they're leaving. But the brats living here, they have no context. There's no comparison. And now we mock the influences that would help them search for life's meaning. So they just turn into empty vessels.

We removed God, family, patriotism, tradition, the very same words that make up Pete Hegseth’s tramp stamp. Oh, poor Pete. Yes. And what do you replace that with? Subservience without redemption.

Now, I don't own a Bible or a flag. Legally, I'm not even allowed to own scissors. But I understand the importance of both. And you see it when both go missing, when they're gone. Holy crap. The alternative is pretty scary.

The goal of the woke left is to replace religion with an ideology that demands the same obedience, but without the forgiveness of a religion. It's insane. At least with religion, you get heaven. But with wokeism, you get hell on earth. And now it's being done to patriotism. Because a love for your country is a shared experience among people of different pigments, which runs counter to identity politics. Identity politics only believes in empathy among people who share fixed traits….

Gutfeld gets it exactly right here. The secular progressive left are targeting God and patriotism now. Both get in the way of their socialist green new deal religious cult. Their religious belief is in Wokeism and abortion is the main sacrament of it.

 

Secular progressive wokeness is hell on earth.

 

Secular progressives are the most intolerant of people when it comes to diversity of ideas and beliefs. They seek control by dividing people into different groups based upon every difference we have. Patriotism and religion can unify diverse groups that progressives can no longer control. It’s all about power to them

 

I note that at the same time curse words like f*** s*** c***, etc became completely acceptable, they were simply replaced with a slew of other unacceptable terms, along woke lines.

On Gutfeld, I don't find the bloke funny at all. Political late night comedy shows are simply a dead end at this point, not a single one of them is currently funny.

Funny in a cringe way I guess, even when I agree with their side of the debate.

 

The funny thing is that Gutfeld on a cable tv news channel is getting higher ratings than any one of the ABC, CBS, and NBC late night shows are getting.

 

No one is replacing religion. You are free to worship which ever god you were born into.

Most actual, physical attacks on places of worship in the past few decades have come from the right. I'm sorry you are so upset by verbal criticism, but that's how the 1st Amendment works. It allows people to criticize your Bible -- A proud American tradition that goes at least as far back as Thomas Paine. You should read him some time.

You must not watch the news. Or the news you watch doesn't show you the horror show that is your team these days. How many pro life places have fallen to the liberal torch so far this summer? It's like you don't even know these things are happening.

It's been years ago now, but we literally had a guy walk into a church for the express purpose of killing liberals back in 2008. And it barely got talked about on the forums and didn't really get much coverage in the news. I'll never understand why.

Oh please...both parties love nothing more than to control govt. Hence why BOTH parties fight so hard to get in the WH and to have a majority in the house and senate.

Non believers here tell Christians here what our religion is all the time and in the most condescending and arrogant way they can do so.
