    Please show EXACTLY where the poster said they were disappointed that there was no violence...

    You can't because they didn't.....don't project your disappointment on to others...

    Or is this the result of effective police work? By time this is all over, somewhere around 300 individuals will have been jailed for their part in the attempted insurrection. The Trump is defeated and on its way. It no longer has power and no path to regain it. A paltry few fanatics aren’t enough to drive a movement.

    What this all means is the Trump era is over. Time to move on.

    How many blacks were killed by police or abused by the police in those demonstrations. How many have been killed as a result of those demonstrations?

    Ah, but you're wrong -- there was violence! In Portland, in Denver, in Seattle (and several others) -- by radical, Left-wing ANTIFA/BLM scum who hate everything in America, even someone as admittedly super-'progressive' as Joe Biden!

    Thousands of armed troops were all over the Capital yesterday to counter anticipated MAGA people, but the only problems were caused by the raging, hyperliberal LEFT!

    That is why I no longer pay attention to right-wing media. Same sick song over and over and over. In the future, history books will be telling of how right wing media radicalized the right, in the Bush era, and to the extremes in the Trump era.

    The reason the movement is dying is because young people just aren’t all that interested in it.

    There was more violence in the BLM protest cities than in Washington DC by far. And it is still going on.

    I have not noticed any reduction in young people. If you have a link, please provide it.

    No, you folk keep making the same mistake, but at least you are consistent. The OP referred to a lack of attendance at PROTESTS across these capitals. Lesson for today. A Protest is not the same thing as a riot, or an insurrection. The pro trump protesters were not sufficiently motivated less than 24 hours after he flew away, to show up and hold a sign, or chant a slogan.
