Heller forever changed the discussion surrounding gun rights, McDonald made it apply to the states, Bruen ended intermediate scrutiny, and Caetano established a base idea of what “common use” is. Because of these case I firmly believe in the next year or two all semi automatic rifle bans in the fifty states will be overturned. All magazine bans will be overturned. Literally all conventional arms should be legal to manufacture, buy, sell, transfer, import, and modify without any license or knowledge of the state.
