I would guess that if someone supported Obama they would know that gas prices are not set by the President, so it would make very little difference.
Gas prices suck but they have been higher under another president. I for one will not be voting for Obama, but gas prices are not the reason.
Here's a another newsflash. Oil prices are on a long term trend in only one direction. You can elect a Republicrat, a Green, a socialist, a Libertarian, a cat, or whatever you like. And guess what? Oil prices will remain on the same long term trend.

The actions of the international oil speculators are influenced by Obama and Pelosi when they reject new oil supplies like the Canadian pipeline, more drilling in the Gulf, ANWR and other places. Then we should reign in the out-of-control EPA with its many different blends of gasoline for different regions of the country. This is inefficient and wasteful and costs consumers money.

I'm glad you rate yourself so highly because no one else does. Obama is the president and he is trying to micromanage a vast economy that includes energy prices. He is responsible in part for the rising gasoline prices in America and there is no way you can weasel out of that fact.
