Not 'apparently' in the least, but close enough for the politicos the DOJ hangs with. Besides the subpoena said nothing about possession (the DOJ is very good at crossing "t"s and "i"s and weasel wording).

Does that mean like she was treated for her actual mishandling of classified information, lying about it and trying to destroy it? He should get the same right?

Hers were, tmaterial to a possible violation of the Espionage Act and the oversight of the State Department and her as Secretary of State. She was asked about a specific requirement of her in conducting her position and whether the manner in which she was conducting it have been properly secured and approved by the State Department Cybersecurity and the FBI Cybersecurity and she testified it was and she had followed all procedures. Comey found that not to be true, they could no one in either division who had even known about the server let alone inspected and secured it and it was also hidden from the NARA.

They were not correct because she lied, her server was never approved by anyone nor being monitored and safe guarded by the State Department Cybersecurity.

Comey affirmed that in his testimony, what she stated under oath was not true.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you destroyed evidence leading to prison time or at least banishment from all political life, and you had to do was say “I don’t recall” about 100 times and they all just throw up their hands and say, sounds good to me? That’s exactly what they did with Hillary. She was caught red handed destroying evidence and having classified documents and they didn’t give a flying $&@@;;!

And it’s because she had so much dirt on anyone prosecuting her, she can end their lives….wink wink, she’s already done it a few times:) It’s funny how people keep dying around her that seem inconvenient.

Lots of people are above the law including Hillary Clinton. Yes he should be treated like anyone else. So should she. It just doesn't work that way.

Killary should shut her trap because nobody cares. She has killed citizens of this country and she should go away to never be heard of again.

In this day and age, the only opinion matters are from the people we support. If not, irrelevant, even if it's the cold hard truth. That's how people view opinion for the past two decades.

Absolutely - we should allow the FBI to build a bullet proof case and the have the FBI director dismiss it because "no serious prosecutor would take the case" - just like Comey did for Clinton.
