I am not entirely sure what this show is about, apart from it being about a man captured and apparently tortured while fighting in the war and the viewer has to work out which side he is on. I have heard some great things about it, though and the promos have just started showing here, so we'll be seeing it sometime during the summer, I imagine. Without giving anything anyway, has anyone seen this show and would you recommend it?
Incredible show. Definitely worth watching. Probably my second favorite current show after Boardwalk Empire.
That alone is enough to make me interested! Wonderful actor, he is. Hopefully Channel 10 don't drop it halfway through the series to play something else..
Mandy Patinkin is amazing in everything he does. He was great as Rube in, Dead Like Me, great as Jason Gideon in, Criminal Minds and he is great as Saul in, Homeland. Claire Danes is also good as the agent with mental problems. I would recomment Homeland to any viewer.
Yep. Carrie is amazing in this show. I hope for your sake, if you're already watching it, that they don't. You'll be pissed is they do, cause it gets so good, so quickly...
Nah, hasn't started yet. No word on when it will, either during the summer or when the ratings season starts again, in February. It depends on whether the network think they can get good ratings from it.
You will love it, you'll just be about at least 6 months behind... I won't divulge any info, don't worry, but, it is (*)(*)(*)(*) near flawless...
I thought that for like one episode. Now, I'm convinced its Estes (sp?) Sals lie detector test didnt go well (I think theyre trying to make you think its him), but Estes was the only one they didnt show. They cut to the next scene as soon as the question was asked. Sal seemed genuinely elated with Carrie's timeline (its a tv show, I know). Estes, on the other hand, ordered surveillance on Carrie, and didn't miss his chance to get rid of her. I think he suspected she was onto the plot.
And, the mostly likely the leak. The obvious guy, is just a diversionary character, to draw less clever viewers off the trail.
Watched the debut last night, and I can understand why the show won a Golden Globe! I'm hooked! When she found some 'evidence' at the end of the show I was so happy because I thought she'd be in trouble! Brody's lies are interesting, some of them I figured he was lying about but I wonder why. I think this will be the kind of the show that has you thinking he is a traitor one episode, and something diferent the next. Can't wait for next week!
