    House Republicans are worried that President Joe Biden will further cripple the US economy and the well-being of Americans. This comes as the majority of voters disapprove of Biden’s handling of key issues. That’s according to GOP Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) who made the comment during a press conference on Tuesday.

    “Seventy-three percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of inflation, 57 percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of energy, and 59 percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of the border crisis and illegal immigration,” she stated.

    Yet, she added, House Democrats reportedly want to discuss everything except the crises facing the country….

    The house Republicans are right. Democrats don’t want to deal with or address the problems facing the American people. Problems that they caused. I’m glad that what the GOP House members said was covered by the news media.

    Even though Americans are rejecting the policies of democrats and Biden, they’re still going to be forced down our throats anyway. I’d love to know what democrats are campaigning on for the midterms.

    Gas prices are decreasing as OPEC goes back to prior prediction levels

    The baby formula shortage is being corrected after we bypass horribly thought out trade agreements

    All of those seem to be self inflicted wounds — I am sure all the non-partisans can see the dates when these things were implement.

    Meanwhile the Republican Party is wanting 10 year olds to have their rapists child, are causing women to wait weeks for medical care while her dead fetus rots inside her and are refusing to allow legislation that protects consenting adults ability to sign legal documents due to their race or sex.

    Americans actually voted for Biden, the people did not vote for what has caused this mess and y’all still shoved three right wing ideologues to steal the courts against the wishes of the people.

    Indeed the people did vote for what has caused this mess .. and they continue to do so every election.. Red or Blue matters not.

    a pile of uninformed rubbish "right wing ideologues to steal the courts" as if they are the only ones ..

    How are the courts being stolen .. I could tell you but that wouldn't be any fun .. do you have any idea what the causes of the "Stolen Court" are .. .. clearly not if you didn't include Blue in the Party .. didn't notice the sodomy was coming from both ends or the spectrum I guess :)

    I’m supposed to be grateful that my gas at the cheapest station in town dropped in price from $6.09 to $5.19 over the last month or so when before Biden I could get it for $2.40 a gallon?

    You left out the invasion at the border and the drugs being smuggled in that contributed to 107,000 overdose deaths last year. You left out the insane crime wave. You left out the left’s soft on criminals policy. You left out inflation. You left out how our retirement money was decimated. You left out teaching white people are racists in school. You left out grooming in school. You left out the war on women in sports. I’m sure there’s more, but I’m tired.

    Patience my dear friends....

    A lot of folks are quite upset at the current state of society and for good reason. However, this is one of those things that unfortunately had to happen for the greater good in the long run. Progressive policies are just not popular among actual people in the real world, that entire ideology is propped up and overrepresented by the fact that the majority of it's user base frequent the mainstream means of communication. Pop culture and the internet. It creates a false narrative that such ideas are popular because Hollywood supports it and big "town square" type social media platforms largely support it and people tend to believe that Twitter accurately reflects the average person.

    Just look around, CNN has begun recently openly criticizing Biden, Late Night shows are now starting to make fun of him, Hollywood is showing that NORMAL non-Progressive filled movies are incredibly profitable (Top Gun), etc. Inflation is at record levels, its costing a million bucks to buy a 2 bedroom house, it costs a hundred bucks to fill up a Civic, even Bill Maher spends more time now trashing on Progressives than he does Republicans on his show. And people are in general pissed off.

    Annihilationism is painful in the short term, but people had to actually SEE this for themselves. Progressives entire ideology is based on "theory" and the concept of if they just had a chance to implement some policies things were drastically improve. As long as they had the card to pull of "nobody gives us a chance to show you" they had a voice. Well now they've been given a small chance to "show you" and the results are what you see. And the People see it too.

    I've been saying it for years, Democrats...cut the sling load on these Progressives they are going to tank you. Why the hell that Party keeps holding on to these folks I have no idea.

    We have had issues at the border for the last few presidents, I agree more needs to be done

    CRT does not teach all white people are racist

    Teaching that gay people exist or sexual health and education is not grooming

    There is no “war” on women in sports — some just simply believe trans people are similarly situated. I agree trans people do not belong in female athletics but this statement is disingenuous

    I have no doubt you are “tired” — repeating your entire party narrative in such a short post is impressive.

    Just arrived in the US last night.

    On the car trip home my lefty friends and I were catching up and among other things having a good laugh about the gendering concerns that have beset the US at the moment.

    It's all fun until it's not and you past the point of it not being fun when people started getting cancelled for having an opinion.

    Actually I don’t.? But I hold enough oil and gas commodities futures and energy exchange traded funds to offset the high prices somewhat. I haven’t invested this much in oil, natural gas, and coal since Obama was President .

    It’s over $5.00 here for 87 grade except two stations at $4.89. My 91 grade is $5.19 there.
