How are you going to celebrate the independence of America?

Since fireworks are so expensive, I'll probably just hang out with my mother and watch the neighborhood fireworks from the backyard.

How are you guys going to celebrate this day?

 

Me and my kids are getting together with family in town. We all kind of decide together what to do.
I am usually nearly outnumbered because most of my family likes to do the camping outdoor state park thing. I love the outdoors but its not what I think of when celebrating a holiday or vacation time with lots of people. With one or two people yeah but also by myself is preferred. You can soak it in that way.
Maybe it would be alright if my dad was there but he usually isnt. He always took us to those outdoor exploring adventures when we were kids.. hilarious tests of courage..etc

Family reunion time is when my strictly Italian genes kick in. You eat and you talk, you take pictures.
All of us are musicians so music is always involved
