The Housing Market follows the bond market. When the bond market is strong, interest rates come down and housing becomes more affordable.

    The opposite is also true.

While Trump as president, pre-pandemic, the government spent about $5T/yr and no one thought Trump was spending too litle money, but we did enjoy low interest rates and good affordability on the things we needed and wanted.

Now Biden is spending $6.7T/year and it's devaluing our money which they call "inflation". And inflation is devaluing our bonds, which raises interest rates, which is why cars, homes and so many other things keep getting more and more expensive.

Well, it's about to get worse. The Big Big investors are now selling their deteriorating US bonds and buy foreign bonds. This will drive US interest rates, even higher.

Big Investors Are Buying European Bonds Over U.S. Treasuries

'Big investors are selling US Treasuries and buying European government bonds... Money managers at Pimco, JPMorgan Asset Management and T Rowe Price have all increased their exposure to European government debt in recent weeks.'

'“We prefer to be underweight in US Treasuries in favour of eurozone bonds including Bunds,” said Quentin Fitzsimmons, a senior portfolio manager at T Rowe Price, which manages $1.4tn of assets globally.''

The Difference is Biden's Wild Spending Rate - which is insanity.

'Rating agency Fitch forecasts that the US government’s budget deficit, the difference between its total expenditures and revenues, will be 8.1 per cent of gross domestic product this year, compared with 1.4 per cent for Germany.'

Why would Bribed Joe want to spend 8.1% of GDP in debt spending when inflation is already out of control? The answer? More opportunities for graft.

I was planning to sell and move but this really throws a monkey wrench in my plans. This is truly the first time in my life that a president sucked SO HARD that I am actually feeling a financial impact. He is the WORST, most DUMB and most EVIL president USA has ever had.

    Inflation Never Went Away

All the claims that Biden had whipped the inflation that he caused? Lies.

'The fact is, inflation has risen slowly but steadily for the last six months. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, it’s been more than six months since inflation ticked downward.'

'In addition, continued inflation has illustrated the painful fact that the effect of increased prices is cumulative.'

'This is obviously terrible news for consumers. A recent poll asked the basic question: “Are you better off or worse off financially today than you were four years ago, or about the same?” Fifty-two percent said they were worse off, 22% said they were better off, and 26% said about the same. Given today’s inflation numbers, the worse-off majority is even more worse off now.'

'Biden, whose massive, never-before-seen spending policies contributed to the growth of prices. The Fox News poll found that the economy, broadly defined, is the most important issue for voters in 2024 — 61% of respondents said it was “extremely” important to their vote. And much of Biden’s campaign pitch is that “Bidenomics” is working for the public. Wednesday’s news strongly suggested that is not the case.'

No, it's not working, if the goal is rising wages and living standards for the American People.
