How devoted are you to Isreal? Ment to be a poll, but oh well. from a varying scale of 1-10 10 being you would sacrifice all to prevent the rapture and 1 you despise Israel, what would you rate your dedication or lack thereof to Israel? How do you feel about or what would you give up for Israel’s protection?

I am really not devoted to Israel.. I think its time they took some responsibility for making peace with the neighbors. We have tried to do that for them for decades without success.
5/10. Israel has a bit of that annoying little kid with a big dangerous brother (America) syndrome going on. But that said, they're certainly not a bad country in general. I'm neutral on them.
1 Israel is built on a racist constitution, its occupation of Palestine violates international law, and they're about to drag us into WW3.
Other than a tendency to pull for the underdog, I wouldn't say I'm "devoted" to Israel. Devoted as a term has an emotional component that I only see in the irrational hatred for Israel.
It has come to my attention that the Israelis don't eat bacon. How can I be devoted to a country whose citizens don't eat bacon?
I agree with the above portion of Patrick's statement. For me personally, "devoted" is not a term I could apply to any nation other than the U.S.A., that said, I do view Israel as an ally. If pressed to give a score, I'd say maybe a 2 or 3. I feel there there are more pressing issues stateside, that are in need of attention/resources.

I'm sort of neutral so 5 I guess. It's my feeling that we don't need to hold Israel's hand. They have the 10th most powerful military in the world. They have nukes. They have the ability to retaliate even if they are nuked. I don't think we owe Israel anything. If anyone should be obligated to Israel, it should be Germany or the U.K., but somehow we've been suckered into it.

Really....the question isn't how "devoted" a person is to Israel. The question is, does a person have the wisdom to stand with Israel because of what it stands for. And likewise---against her enemies because of what they stand for. Those people who hate Israel are either too filled with hatred to think properly. Or they hate freedom. That is how I see it.

There's no question that the Nazis abused the European Jews.. demonized them, confiscated their property, put them in forced labor camps, staved them and killed them if they protested .. collective punishment... they even sicced dogs on them.
Or maybe those people that criticize Israel, had been logical and rational enough to make a clear analisys on Israel's behaviour.
