    Hunter Biden's attorneys have abruptly asked the Arkansas judge in his ongoing paternity case to postpone his scheduled March 11 deposition until after Election Day, saying the coronavirus outbreak, his wife's "imminent due date" and "intense media scrutiny" all pose a risk of "personal endangerment" for the former vice president's son.

    Weird, he can handle a civil case like this out of court altogether. You are going to pay child support so figure out what it is and move on.

    The judge can deny the motion and (in the alternative) do the deposition through video-conferencing.

    Besides, Hunter Biden ISN'T Running for President (his father is) so why does it even matter?

    Hunter was likely permanently damaged by the car accident that killed his mother and sisters. He suffered a head injury and was lucky to survive.

    If it doesn't matter then why is Hunter Biden trying for all he can to avoid going to the deposition hearing? This isn't the first time he's asked to postpone the hearing until after the election. What's he hiding? Is there dirt in his ledger that leads to his father?

    I mean, what's being said here, he filed a motion asking for an extension. So what? To the point another poster made, the judge can agree or disagree and order alternative is the risk from corona really matters or not. The MSM didn't implore the judge to make a decision one way or the other. They just reported what happened...that's kind of their job, you know.
