One of the things about harassment law is what is considered harassment, which could be almost anything. Hitting on a woman is not harassment, but hitting on her again after she said no might be, we do get one free play. Another thing that might be considered harassment is having pictures of pretty women in your office. if you had your picture taken with some playboy bunnies or laker girls like I did and hung it in your office that could be considered harassment by some. Another form of harassment could simply be listening to Howard Sterns' show in your office. What harassment comes down to is would a reasonable person consider the action offensive? In our over sensitive world just about anything could be considered harassment. Anyway, I see his parachute went for $40 to $60 million, that's kind of a stick in the eye to his accusers.
Well anyone who has a picture of Hillary Clinton in their office don't have to worry about a sexual harassment law suit. But if you have a picture of the "First Lady" Melania Trump, you are in big trouble.
True story: I was going through my semi annual harassment training in California and one of the lawyers told us this story: There was an ugly woman in an office and a good looking woman. I worked for a company that had an array of floral photographs down a corridor, one of them was some type of exotic lily. The company took it down because an anonymous person filed a harassment claim with HR saying the flower resembled a vulva. Bat(*)(*)(*)(*) insane incidents like this happen all the time because that's the country liberalism has created for us.
Roger Ailes is a guy from different era and a different time. He also identifies with FOX News demographics.......old. The guy is 76, time to go..... In the meantime Rupert is taking over, he's even older. We'll see what happens with the lawsuits going forward.

I'd say if you're hitting on married women, there ought to be only one strike and you're out. Carlson's claim had the added humiliation of being fired because she said no, assuming that it's true. I'd imagine there's at least some truth to it if he didn't even try to counter the claim.
It's the difference between conservatives and liberals. Conservatives stand by principles and give the boot to people who are found to violate them. Liberals excuse their behavior if they are "elite" enough and then lionize them like Bill Clinton. And I know why you are surprised. You can't believe we still do it.
Well, I suppose if I thought I could walk away with $60 million and retirement, I might let myself get fired for sexual harassment, too.
